An honest, independent
marketing practice.

Almost a decade of building brands and running campaigns. From global activations that reached millions to hyper-local community work that pulls lines out the door. Based in Auckland, working with selected clients across real estate, events, and small business.

Built on real work,
not big talk.

I started in marketing nearly ten years ago, working across the US, London and Sydney before coming home to Auckland. Since then I've built marketing functions from scratch, run viral global campaigns, secured Nike sponsorships, activated an All Blacks partnership, and helped small businesses figure out how to actually own their marketing.

My experience is unusual in that it spans both ends of the spectrum. Global brand campaigns with millions of views on one side, and hyper-local community work that fills events and builds genuine audiences on the other. That breadth means I know what scales, what doesn't, and what's a waste of money no matter how big or small the budget is.

It's an independent practice. Just me, doing the work directly. No agency overhead, no junior account managers learning on your dime.

Books are currently open. If you've got something interesting, I'd love to hear about it.

My Story
The Journey So Far.

Sydney. LA. London. Home. South Auckland. On the road with a dance crew. Then real estate. Then back to freelancing. Less of a CV — more of a trip. Here's how it went.

Sydney
Early Career Begins
Agency life · Australia

Started in marketing in Sydney — agencies, performance, learning the craft. The years that built the foundation before heading further afield.

Los Angeles
Youth Work · Tony Robbins
United States

Made the trip to LA for youth work with the Tony Robbins organisation. A different kind of influence — and a very different understanding of what moves people.

London
Marketing Intern · Events & Gigs
United Kingdom

London: marketing internship, events and gigs work, learning how to build hype in a city that has seen everything. The creative years that shaped everything that came after.

Auckland · Lockdown
Clothing Brand Founder
Back home · New Zealand

Came home to Auckland and, during lockdown, started a clothing company from scratch. Ran the entire thing — design, marketing, e-commerce — and learned what it actually takes to build a brand with no budget and no team.

Australia · On Tour
Marketing Manager
Royal Family Dance Crew

Toured Australia with RFDC — international shows, sold-out venues, a Super Bowl-tied viral campaign hitting 10M+ organic views, and a Nike deal that came off the back of it.

South Auckland
Marketing & Comms Specialist
Beautification Trust

Hyper-local community marketing at its most grassroots. Built a real audience from zero, all organically — sold-out events, lines out the door, 55% email open rates, and national PR coordinated with Auckland Council.

2025 · Real Estate
Marketing & Engagement Manager
Austar Realty · Ray White

Built the marketing function from scratch across 4 offices and 70+ agents. Activated an All Blacks national partnership, launched a podcast and national newsletter. 300% organic growth delivered.

How I Work
Six things I hold to.
01
Honesty over upsell.
If something won't move the needle, I'll tell you. If you can do it yourself, I'll show you how. I'm not here to maximise my scope. I'm here to do the work that matters.
02
Senior, full stop.
No junior account managers running your campaigns. The person you brief is the person doing the work. That's why the practice stays small.
03
Strategy that's actually used.
Plans live in the work, not in PDFs. I build campaigns that get shipped, measured, and iterated. Not strategy decks that sit on a shelf.
04
Built to scale, built to last.
Whether you're a 4-office agency or a one-person business, the systems I build should still be working a year from now without me in the room.
05
Selective on purpose.
I take on a limited number of clients so every account gets the attention it deserves. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
06
Global thinking, local craft.
The work draws on global campaign experience, and on the discipline of hyper-local marketing that has to earn every customer the hard way. Both make the other better.
Capabilities
What I do well.
01
Paid Advertising
Full-funnel Meta and Google campaigns. Strategy, creative, setup, optimisation. Drives conversions, not just clicks.
02
Brand & Strategy
Brand guidelines, positioning, full marketing strategies, and audits that tell you exactly what's working and what's burning money.
03
Social & Content
UGC, short-form video, organic growth strategy. Real audiences built on real engagement, not vanity metrics.
04
Graphic Design
Posters, brand collateral, event assets, social visuals. Design with a distinctive creative edge that stands out in the feed.
05
Partnerships
From Nike sponsorships to All Blacks activations. Identifying, negotiating, and executing partnerships that move the needle.
06
Email & CRM
Campaigns that get opened. Strategy, copywriting, automation, list growth. Performance email that builds long-term value.
