When I joined Austar Realty, there was no marketing function. No strategy, no guidelines, no structure — just a business that needed to grow and no clear path to get there.
I built it from the ground up. Established brand guidelines, built a team of 5, and created a full marketing operation servicing 4 offices and 70+ agents across lead generation, agent recruitment, and brand awareness.
I launched a podcast, a nationwide marketing newsletter, and activated a high-profile partnership with the All Blacks — a national campaign that significantly elevated the brand in a competitive market. Across digital, print, and OOH advertising, the result was 300% organic growth.
