An independent practice. The person you brief is the person doing the work. When a project needs a specific specialist, I bring in someone trusted from a small bench of collaborators. No agency layers, no juniors learning on your dime.

Nearly ten years in marketing across Auckland, London, and Sydney. Built marketing functions for a 70-person, 4-office real estate agency from zero. Secured Nike sponsorships and an All Blacks national partnership. Ran viral global campaigns reaching 10M+ organic views.
On the other end of the spectrum, I've built deeply engaged hyper-local audiences from scratch. Communities that show up, sell out events, and pull lines out the door, all organically. That blend of global scale and on-the-ground discipline is the whole point of the practice.
I lead every engagement personally. Strategy, brand, paid media, creative, partnerships. The work doesn't get handed off to anyone else, ever.
The practice is solo by design. But some projects need specific specialist skills, and rather than pretending I do everything, I bring in trusted people I've worked with before. You only pay for what your project actually needs, and you only get senior people who've delivered together. Each one has worked on real client projects with me. None of them are sub-contracted agencies.
Logo, brand systems, print, and large creative builds. For projects where the visual identity is the whole point.
Short-form video, UGC capture, edit and post production. For when an event or campaign needs a constant content output.
Brand, lifestyle, event photography. The shots that make property listings stand out and events look like the night they were.
Long-form, brand voice, editorial. When the work is more writing than I can comfortably output solo without compromising other things.
Sites, landing pages, custom integrations. For when the technical build outgrows what I can ship myself.
PR, paid media specialists, SEO, motion design. A wider network of people I trust, brought in only when the project genuinely needs them.
Tell me about your project. I'll let you know how I can help, or if I can't, who would be a better fit.
